Misuse of the concept of solidarity in EU asylum policies

Eleni Karageorgiou argues that the ongoing humanitarian crisis has exposed the great flaws of the Dublin Regulation and that solidarity in EU asylum policies has become a euphemism for bargaining responsibility.
